A double and a single bed (sleeper couch) make this flat perfect for a small family or three friends. The flat was completely refurbished and renovated mid 2015. All appliances are brand new and high-end and anything else you need for a pleasant stay is in the flat - even beach towels.
We also have a nice, cosy balcony for a sun-downer and as a last resort for smokers (non-smoking flat!). A TV, WLAN and off-street parking with an automatic gate will make your stay very comfortable.

Grocery shopping, convenient stores and shopping malls - all in walking distance, easy public transport acces or less than 5 minutes by car (with comfortable parking facilities)
The choices of restaurants and bars in Greenpoint is extensive and the close proximity to the City Center and the V&A Waterfront certainly makes it easy to enjoy your time there
